We review your order, make the jacket, complete a final quality check and then dispatch it using the shipping service confirmed with you before payment.

Within approximately 3 business days, we review the product details, measurements and delivery information before confirming payment instructions.
Production
After payment and all required details are confirmed, made-to-order production takes approximately 14 business days.
Quality check
Construction, finish and confirmed specifications are reviewed before packing.
Dispatch
The parcel is handed to the courier and tracking is shared when available.

Packed to protect the jacket
Before dispatch, each order is checked and packed to help protect the leather and hardware during transit. Avoid storing the jacket folded inside its shipping packaging after arrival.
Open the parcel carefully without using a blade near the garment. Allow the jacket to rest on a broad, supportive hanger and consult our care guidance before applying any product to the leather.

Shipping destinations
We ship worldwide where a suitable courier service is available. Service availability can depend on the destination, local import rules and temporary courier restrictions.
Shipping cost
Shipping charges vary depending on the destination country, delivery address, parcel size and selected service. We confirm the shipping charge before you make payment.
Duties and taxes
Before payment, we tell you whether duties and taxes are included in the offered shipping service. With duty-paid DDP delivery, applicable import duties are included. With standard delivery, duties, taxes or clearance charges may be payable by the recipient.
Delivery address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete, accurate address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; changes cannot be assured after production or dispatch.
After dispatch
Tracking your order
Once the courier accepts the parcel, we send tracking information to the email address used for the order when tracking is available. It may take time for the first scan to appear.

- Ensure someone can receive or securely collect the parcel.
- Respond promptly if the courier requests customs information.
- Contact us if tracking shows no movement beyond the courier's expected interval.
If an order appears damaged, photograph the unopened parcel, shipping label, packaging and item before discarding anything.

Common delivery questions
When will my made-to-order jacket be dispatched?
Order and measurement review takes approximately 3 business days. After payment and all required details are confirmed, made-to-order production takes approximately 14 business days. The jacket is dispatched after its final quality check.
Does the delivery estimate include production time?
No. Production and courier transit are separate. The total estimated wait is the confirmed production period plus the estimated transit period, with possible additional time for weekends, holidays and customs.
Will I receive tracking?
Tracking should be sent after the courier accepts the parcel when the chosen service supports it. Tracking events and delivery estimates are controlled by the courier after dispatch.
Which delivery service can I choose?
We confirm the available options before payment. Standard international delivery usually takes approximately 4–6 business days after dispatch, but duties and taxes may be payable by the recipient. Duty-paid DDP delivery usually takes approximately 7–10 business days after dispatch and includes the applicable import duties confirmed for that service.
Who pays customs duties and import taxes?
We confirm this with you before payment. If you choose and we confirm duty-paid DDP delivery, applicable import duties are included. If you choose standard delivery, the destination authorities or courier may charge the recipient duties, taxes or clearance fees.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us immediately. We can correct an address only when operationally possible. An address normally cannot be changed after courier collection, and some changes may create extra costs or delays.
What should I do if the parcel is delayed, lost or damaged?
Contact the courier using the tracking reference, then contact Basharat Atelier with your order number and supporting photographs or tracking details. Keep all packaging while the case is reviewed. State a practical reporting deadline in your final policy.
What happens after an unsuccessful delivery attempt?
The courier may schedule another attempt, hold the parcel for collection or return it to the sender. Any redelivery, storage or return-to-sender charge should be handled according to your published terms.
