Basharat Atelier is a leather brand creating made-to-order leather jackets. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Basharat Atelier.

Please do not send information we have not requested. Never send us your banking password, payment-account password, PIN or one-time security code.

Payments
Our website does not currently process payment at checkout. After reviewing your order request and measurements, we provide the available payment method, total amount and payment instructions directly to you.
Payment is handled through the method provided for your order. The payment provider handles the transaction under its own terms and privacy policy. We may keep the payer name, amount, currency, date, transaction reference, payment status and any receipt you send so that we can confirm payment and connect it to your order.
Production begins only after payment and all required order details have been confirmed.

Services used to operate our business
We may provide limited information to companies that help us run the website and complete an order, such as our website host, ecommerce software, payment service, email provider, courier, customs authorities and security provider.
We provide only the information reasonably needed for that service. For example, a courier needs the recipient’s name, delivery address and telephone number. These companies may process information under their own privacy terms.
We may also disclose information where required by law or needed to protect customers, our business or our legal rights. We do not sell customer information for money.
Because we operate from Pakistan and serve international customers, information may be processed in Pakistan and in countries where these service providers operate.
